SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
I currently ship internationally from EU to select countries:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, BiH, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Montenegro, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, UK and USA.
Orders are shipped by Hrvatska Pošta - Croatian Post.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within a week and are brought to the postal office every Wednesday, excluding holidays.
Estimated delivery time is up to 30 work days from the date the order is handed over to the postal office (the first Wednesday after placing an order). If the order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact me through [email protected]
TRACKING: Tracking is available for all orders and will be sent to you after the order is handed over to the postal office.
Customs and Import Taxes
When ordering from countries outside the European Union, you may be asked to pay additional charges from your country’s customs authorities, for example customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. I DO NOT collect or remit VAT tax on orders. These prices are not included in your purchase price, and any additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Note: Customs processing may also delay delivery times which is, unfortunately, beyond my control.
Returns AND Exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on orders. If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery period, please reach out to me: [email protected]
Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: I accept payments through PayPal and Venmo.
Currency: All prices are listed in Euros. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees they may encounter.
Privacy Policy
This shop is hosted through a Big Cartel platform. When you make a purchase through this shop, I collect order and payment information, which includes the following:
- Name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (information collected through PayPal service consists of your PayPal email), phone number and email address.
All the collected information is being used to fulfill your purchases, process payments, send invoices, mail orders, internal bookkeeping and to analyze orders for potential credit card fraud via PayPal payment processor.
